They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but not only do many people end up skipping breakfast most mornings, but even those who do take the time to eat breakfast end up eating foods that do nothing in the way of providing energy for the body. If you want to find some breakfast foods that will give your body the energy it needs to make it through the morning, here are a few great options to consider.
Protein: A breakfast packed with protein is one of the best ways to make sure you are giving your body the energy it needs to start the day; try making an egg white omelet with meat and cheese, and top it off with a glass or milk.
